If you did not buy insurance, we will compensation as below:
(1) Air / Truck / Express: If the whole parcel lose during frontend (From China to destination wearhouse/ before UPS picked up) the maximum compensation is 5$ /kg and shipping freight is not refunded. If parcel lose during afterend ,UPS pick up and have tracking NO., then will compensation according to UPS policy , total compensation no more than 100$) ; 空运/卡车/快递:如果包裹在前端(从中国到目的地海关)丢失,最高赔偿额为5美元/公斤,运费不予退还。(如果包裹在快递过程中丢失,UPS提货并有跟踪号,则将根据UPS政策进行赔偿,总赔偿额不超过100美元);
(2) By sea/ Railway: If the whole parcel lost during frontend (From China to destination wearhouse before UPS picked up) the maximum compensation is 2.5$/ kg and the freight is not refunded. If parcel lose during afterend ,UPS pick up and have tracking NO., then will compensation according to UPS policy , total compensation no more than 100$) ; 海运/铁路:如果包裹在前端丢失(从中国到目的地海关),最高赔偿额为2.5美元/公斤,运费不予退还!(如果包裹在快递过程中丢失,UPS提货并有跟踪号,则将根据UPS政策进行赔偿,总赔偿额不超过100美元);
(3) Note:
A: DDP service , there is no tracking information from China to destination customs , after pass customs , there will be local delivery company pick up , then it will have tracking information. So our compensation have 2 parts. One is frontend (China to destination wearhouse no tracking information) , the other is after end (Destination country delivery , like UPS/DPD delivery) 在我们从您那里收到货物后,如果货物没有成功交付给收货人,我们将安排发货给收货人,以下是补偿:(如果你通过DDP服务发送,没有从中国到目的地海关的跟踪信息,通过海关后,会有当地快递公司提货,然后它会有跟踪信息。所以我们的补偿有两个部分。一个是前端(中国到目地海关没有跟踪信息),另一种是尾端(目的国派送,如UPS/DPD派送)
B: Total compensation not more then cargo value which write on document. Shipping fee shall not be refunded (due to the actual freight has been generated). If the compensation for loss has been calculated, no additional compensation for delay shall be counted. 赔偿金额不超货值,不退运费(因实际运费已经产生).如已按丢失赔偿,不另外算延误赔偿。
